The signs you get are reflective, sharp, and durable. Our Corrugated Plastic, Aluminum, license plate, and PVC can have a glossy protective coating, giving it a nice look and extended life.

You can choose from single or double-sided signs depending on your usage. Single-sided signs have one side printed, and the other is blank. Double-sided signs are also beneficial for many purposes. They are ideal for businesses, non-profits, and personal uses.

Signs can be hung or installed with ropes, strings, or screws. We can also add holes in signs upon the customer’s request, but that might not be possible for Alumacore, reflective Aluminium, Foam core, and magnets.

All possible sizes and shapes are available on our website. However, we are always open to suggestions. Let us know through our support page what should be our future addition.

5. Can I ask for custom thickness?

We offer various thickness options for your sign design. Our 0.40” and 0.60” thicknesses are ideal and durable. If you want to get custom thickness, contact our customer care.

6. What is the size of the fonts?

The size of your fonts depends on your design needs. The standard size is 2/3 of the sign’s height. Suppose your sign is 8 inches tall, then your fonts are 6 inches big.

7. What guarantee do you offer?

We provide 90 days guarantee in which we offer a full refund or replacement if there is a manufacturing default or the product doesn’t align with our terms and conditions. Build a Sign also hold the right to have an investigation on the product failure and return claim.

8. Are all your signs reflective?

No, you, the initial designs are not reflective. You have to contact us to add reflective material to your sign.

9. What are the image guidelines for my custom sign?

Whether using a scanning tool or taking an image, aim to get the highest quality and set the dpi to 300. Your file should be less than 200MB. We support JPG, PNG, EPS, TIF, BMP, and GIF. If there are any issues, contact our customer care at 1-800-330-9622.

10. Can I have more than four holes in my sign

Our signs typically have four holes in specific materials. We do not recommend drilling holes in some materials. However, you can add more holes if you want to by using a steel drill or contact our customer care for custom addition.

11. How durable are your products?

Our products are made from superior quality raw materials. They can resist many natural and environmental threats. With proper and timely care, our ink is UV resistant for up to three years, and vinyl can last from three to five years.

12. What is the turnaround time?

We try to ship products as quickly as possible. You can receive your products the next day. However, orders placed after 3 PM CST will be considered for the next day. Moreover, the order delivery depends on quantity and customization.

13. Can I track my order?
